Oscar J. Taboas Negroni

Founder & Managing Member

As an Attorney, Oscar Taboas has extensive experience including tax and corporate consulting, tax compliance, business consulting; tax incentives and decrees application (Act 60 ), mergers and acquisitions, accounting and financial reporting, and other legal services.

Throughout his career, Oscar has gained extensive experience providing services to different industries such as international banking, insurance, construction, manufacturing, trade, investments, accounting, and legal.
